Abstract/Citation: Establishes the Work Benefits Guaratee Fund in charge of the payment of benefits due to workers whose rights have been violated as a result of the insolvency of the employer. The Fund is comprised of 2/3 of representatives of employers and of 1/3 of trade unions. Representatives are appointed and recalled by the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. Available in English.
