Abstract/Citation: This Act redesignates the Capital Accumulation Act (No. 4) as No. 5 (for earlier versions, see LS 1982 - Ger. F.R. 3, 1975 - Ger. F.R. 1 and 1970 - Ger. F.R. 1) and contains numerous amendments to it as well as to related Acts on share companies, income tax and so forth. The amendments to the Capital Accumulation Act concern in particular the forms which investment may take (e.g. savings, various ways of acquiring shares and bonds) and protection for workers in relation to participation in capital accumulation schemes.
