| Abstract/Citation: | These rules made pursuant to the National Provident Fund Act (Chapter 377) provide that where an establishment has been exempted from the operation of the Act under Sections 3 or 42 of the Act, the total amount of accumulations standing to the credit of an employee in that establishment shall be transferred to the credit of that employee in the Provident Fund of that establishment. |
