| Abstract/Citation: | 1. This Law regulates relations associated with funded pensions. 2. The relations associated with funded pensions shall be implemented independently of the state pension and state compensation. 3. The purpose of this Law is to ensure the management of pension assets within the funded pension scheme, in accordance with the interests of participants. 4. This Law shall apply to: a) employers; b) citizens of Georgia, except for non-resident natural persons; c) aliens permanently residing in Georgia and stateless persons, except for non-resident natural persons; d) activities related to funded pensions carried out by asset management companies, specialised depositories, commercial banks, insurance companies and other entities. |
