| Abstract/Citation: | This Law may be cited as the Waste (Amendment) Law of 2012 and shall be read as one with the Waste Law of 2011 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Waste Laws of 2011-2012. The present law brings forth minor amendments to article 54 to the principal law by replacing paragraph (e) and by adding a new section (2A). |
