Based on the application of the right outlined in Article 32 of the Constitution, Article 20 (1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), Article 21 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), and restrictions in Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) with reference to Article 16 (a) of the Constitution. |
