This law defines the organisation and procedural rules and powers of the Special Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Corrections and Legal Assistance of Georgia within the scope of its powers of enforcement of detention and imprisonment, its rules of recruitment, the status of its employees and the system of their continuing professional education, and legal guarantees and guarantees for security and social protection. |
