Abstract/Citation: The Law is meant to eliminate the regulatory gap for unfair repression in the case of prescription, delivery or delivery decisions in academic and health care professions. Creates a concept of new offenses of bribery and corruption in health care, cancelation of differentiation between corruption and bribery. Strengthening the Medical Associations to combat malpractice in the health sector, through institutionalization and reporting requirements.
