| Abstract/Citation: | For the purposes of partial harmonization of the national legislation with the European Parliament and Council Directive 2013/30/EU of 12 June 2013 on safety of offshore oil and gas operations and amending Directive 2004/35/EC, the present Law amends the Law on occupational safety and health. It specifically amends 2nd phrase of article 2A, by adding after the word "of diseases", the following phrase: "the prevention of serious accidents and the restriction of consequences of such accidents". |
