Skills 21 project with the technical support from the International Training Centre of ILO (ITC-ILO) developed kit for career guidance. The kit consisted with a career dictionary, facilitator notes, student’s work sheet, flip chart, learning cards and information cards. By using the kit, the career guidance officers will conduct workshops with students, parents, organize workshop job fair and communicate properly with the employers. These materials will help the students, youth and their families for effective career decisions.
