In late 2021, the Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN) came out with a new assessment on the ILO’s organisational effectiveness and its development impact. According to the new report, the ILO has made many significant improvements since the last assessment conducted in 2017. MOPAN is a network of 19 bilateral donors for rigorously monitoring the performance of multilateral organisations.
