  4. Voices of beneficiaries: Local Employment Partnership Gradiška, Bosnia and Herzegovina

    The EU-funded project “Local Employment Partnerships (LEPs)” implemented by the ILO is designed to reduce unemployment in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project in the Gradiška city area provided training/retraining opportunities for occupations that were missing from the local labour market, and also provided business management trainings for entrepreneurs based on the “Start Your Business” and “Improve Your Business” methodologies. In the video, beneficiaries of the Gradiška LEP talk about how the training and the financial support they received helped them to find employment or manage their small enterprises.
