Training on Effective Membership Strategies and CRM Deployment to Engage Informal Business Units in Mongolia - Phase 2

This is the second phase of the ITCILO training course on Effective Membership Strategies and the Customer Relations Management System (CRM) deployment to engage informal business employment units for the Mongolian Employers’ Federation (MONEF). This work is supported by the ILO Project on Promoting Formal Employment for Inclusive and Diversified Economic Growth in Mongolia (MNG/18/01/RBS).

The ITC CRM system has been identified as a powerful tool MONEF can deploy to build new relationships with informal business units and ensure the strategy for these engagements and subsequent marketing of membership, services and assistance is data driven. The CRM system will bring together all information on each informal business unit/member from MONEFs different departments, provide guidance on how to prioritize communications and marketing efforts when dealing with different groups, and to automate various tasks -- freeing up secretariat time and capacity for other work.

MONEF is rolling out CRM modules through a phased deployment. During the first phase, MONEF has focused on CRM Membership and Services modules. For more information on the first phase of the training and CRM deployment, please click here.

The second phase of the online facilitated training course on CRM deployment to support MONEF membership strategies will cover the following modules:
  • Marketing campaigns and lists
  • Events
  • Surveys and Reports
All relevant staff of MONEF will attend the training.
