Deborah France-Massin stressed that "the world in which business operates is becoming increasingly complex and challenging. Business organisations, as legitimate representatives of business, need to understand and navigate this complexity in order to deliver quality services and promote the priorities of the productive sector. This means challenging old ways of working, reinventing and diversifying business services, accelerating digitalisation and being at the forefront of building a vision of inclusive and productive economies and labour markets.
